What to have ready

The process takes about fifteen minutes. You can stop and come back: once you enter your email on the first step we send you a link that resumes where you left off.

• Company and signatory — the vessel owner or operator, and the name, title and email of the person authorized to sign.
• MSRC Service Agreement — you will read and acknowledge the current agreement with the Marine Spill Response Corporation on behalf of the company. One acknowledgment covers your whole fleet.
• Vessel particulars for each vessel — name, IMO number, MMSI and official number, vessel type, GRT, DWT, worst-case discharge, fuel type and capacity, cargo details if the vessel carries oil in bulk.
• Response plan details — Qualified Individual, P&I Club, Spill Management Team, Salvage & Marine Firefighting provider and OSRO.
